‘GAME OF THRONES’ RECEIVES EMMY NOMINATION FOR OUTSTANDING VFX July 17, 2015

We are over the moon to report that the fifth season of HBO’s Game of Thrones has received a nomination for Outstanding Special Visual Effects at this years Emmy Awards!

Screen Scene were delighted to be one of the many VFX studios working on the show this season, with Visual Effects Supervisor Ed Bruce & VFX Producer Alan Collins leading our incredible SSVFX team here in Dublin as they worked on over 250 shots for the ground breaking fifth series; 88 of which where featured in the Emmy nominated episode in question, ‘The Dance of Dragons’.

Huge congratulations to VFX Producer Steve Kullback, VFX Supervisor Joe Bauer and VFX Associate Producer Adam Chazen and all involved on the well deserved nomination. We wish them all the best for the awards in September!
