Geronimo Productions animated series Nelly & Nora has gone down a storm with UK audiences since debuting on CBBC earlier this summer.

Premiering on CBeebies on the 3rd of August, the show has taken the number 1 show slot across all channels in UK Children’s programming for the past five weeks!

Aimed at preschoolers, the series follows the adventures of two young sisters who spend their holidays and weekends with their parents at the family’s mobile home in a camping park by the sea.

Created and produced by Gerard O’Rourke. Directed by Jamie Teehan and developed by Emma Hogan, Nelly and Nora completed post production here at Screen Scene, where Emma Butt handled all the Sound Post, Simon Thornton onlined, and Elish Sheridan supervised.

Featuring a terrific voice cast, the titular twosome are brought to life by Clodagh Kane and Aoibhinn Mc Auley, with Ardal O’Hanlon and Linda Teehan rounding out the cast as Mum and Dad.

Made with support from the RTÉ and the Irish Film Board, Nelly & Nora is the latest in a series of animated series Geronimo has posted here at Screen Scene, following in the footsteps of such fantastic entertainments as ‘Punky’, ‘Planet Cosmo’ and ‘Fluffy Gardens’.
