‘Room’ actor Jacob Tremblay makes adorable speech at Critics Choice Awards January 19, 2016

ROOM’s 9 year old star ,Jacob Tremblay, was named Best Young Actor at the Critic’s Choice Awards last Sunday and delivered what could possibly be the cutest acceptance speech ever.

“This is super cool. This is the best day of my life,” he exclaimed upon accepting his trophy, before thanking all the voters by saying it “must be a super hard vote because of all the other great actors in this category.”

As the cameras cut to visibly moved audience members, the snappily dressed young man thanked ‘Team Room’ before going on to praise his parents, saying “I love them very much.”

Tremblay’s best young actor gong is just the latest in a long line of awards recognition the film has received, coming hot on the heels of last Thursdays Oscar nominations for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Lead Actress, and Best Adapted Screenplay .

Starring Brie Larson, who recently took home the Golden Globe for Best actress in a drama, Room is an Element Pictures and No Trace Camping production, produced by Ed Guiney and David Gross.
