Sunday saw the much anticipated return of RTE’s Dragons’ Den to our screens on RTE 1.
Series three, sees a brand new Dragon enter the den in the shape of publishing entrepreneur Norah Casey. She will be joining the other 4 Dragons, Gavin Duffy, Bobby Kerr, Sean Gallagher and Niall O’Farrell in the search for investment ready ideas from budding entrepreneurs and inventors to invest their own time, money and energies into. The show is once again hosted by deputy editor of the sunday business post, Richard Curran.
In this new eight-part series, Irish entrepreneurial companies/individuals pitch a dizzying array of ideas at the Dragons. Watch them put forward their ideas and sweat under cross examination in an effort to gain the Dragons interest and more importantly, their financial backing.
In such a challenging economic climate, the Dragons’ patronage is more important than ever. Which one of them will invest the most to support entrepreneurial spirit and encourage enterprise and success in this series?
Dragons’ Den is produced by Screentime Shinawil Productions and is filmed on location at Taylors Three Rock, Rathfarnham.
