Gavin started in the industry in London where he worked in most areas of the business before settling as an editor/promo director. While there he also worked as a Director on the BAFTA and RTS award winning documentary "Inside the ALF". He moved to Ireland thinking that the TV/Video scene would be fairly quiet but has found it to be exactly the opposite. He has worked in the Screen Scene CAR department since 2004.

Michael started as a runner in Screen Scene in 1999. After two months he became a trainee in the machine room. Nine years later he is the VT manager. Michael studied electronics in CIT and film in Ballyfermot.

Hugh has been with Screen Scene since 1998. Since that time he has worked in the heart of the company; the machine room. Before joining the team Hugh worked in television in London for six years.
