The debut feature from writer/director Brendan Muldowney and producer Conor Barry of SP Films, Savage was shot on location in Dublin for four weeks in July 2008 and is credited as the first feature length Irish production to be shot entirely on the RED One camera.

A hard hitting film that pulls no punches, ‘Savage’ tells the story of Paul Graynor, a young press photographer who lives lonely and alienated in a hostile city. Forced to rebuild his life following a brutal and random attack, Paul’s fear soon turns to anger, and he finds himself driven by an unquenchable thirst for vengeance…

Savage was nominated for  for Best Film, IFTAs 2010 and underwent Picture and Sound post here at Screen Scene.
