To celebrate their IFTA award win at the weekend, Screen Scene VFX have just released an amazing breakdown video of their work on ITV Encore Drama The Frankenstein Chronicles!

Screen Scene VFX stalwarts Ed Bruce, Nicholas Murphy and Alan Collins were in attendance to pick up the Best VFX award for their work on the series at the glittering IFTA Film and Drama ceremony in the Mansion house on Saturday night.

Speaking on the win on Monday morning, VFX Supervisor Ed Bruce had this to say: “WOW, obviously we are all delighted to win the inaugural IFTA for Best Visual Effects. It is a testament to our wonderfully talented team of creative & diligent artists here in SSVFX. Myself and Nico very much enjoyed working with the Northern Irish crew on this project. Fun times in snowy muddy fields”.

An ecstatic Ed then went on to thank the team at Yellowmoon, before returning to work on Screen Scene VFX’s latest project, Independence Day: Resurgence.

Shot on location in Northern Ireland, six part drama ‘The Frankenstein Chronicles’ was created by Emmy nominated director and writer Benjamin Ross and writer Barry Langford, and produced by David Tanner of Rainmark Films.
